Film Night: Langston Hughes

Film Night!

The Dream Keeper: Featuring Langston Hughes

Monday, November 3rd @ 6:30 p.m. (EST)

Free Event!

Film viewing of the life of Langston Hughes, seen in rare footage as he travels the world seeking a connection to different cultures around the world. His travels reveal the complexity of his attempt to grapple with his positionality as a Black American writer during tumultuous times, especially as he sought refuge from racism in the U.S.

The film is approximately an hour. We’ll have a 30-minute space for discussion. The session will not be recorded.
